You'll learn about how DDNA Studio works and how to set up Dialogflow (which you saw in the Dialogflow microcourse) to create not just text conversations but conversations with a digital person. This is exactly how digital people that you can find on the internet work.
Now you can experiment with building more complex conversations and fine-tuning the settings of your digital person to make the experience better when you interact with your digital person.

Does making the answers from your digital person longer or shorter make a difference to the conversation?
Do the facial expressions you are able to set up for the digital person improve the conversation, and if so, why?
Can you think of some examples of applications where a digital person could be used effectively?
